The Microsoft Press Conference was jammed packed with game announcements with a total of 42 games, 22 of them being console exclusive. We also learned that Project Scorpio has now been changed to the name Xbox One X, it will be their smallest Xbox ever and will a release date of November 7 at the price point $499. Anthem – you control a heavily customizable mecha that you can fly in an open world as well as swim underwater as you battle robot creatures, coming in 2018

Metro: Exodus – seemingly open world, post apocalyptic Russia game that has a Fallout on steroids vibe, coming in 2018

Assasin’s Creed: Origins – classic AC game set in Egypt, coming October 27, 2017

Crackdown 3 – we finally get to see some gameplay demo of this third person shooter, as well as an intro from Terry Crews himself. Out November 7, 2017

Life is Strange: Before the Storm – a 3 episode prequel to the cult classic game, starting August 31, 2017

Sea of Thieves – gameplay reveal of what might be a hybro mmorpg type game, coming in early 2018

Cuphead – everyone’s been waiting for cuphead. Finally. September 29.
