Fans of Marvel’s Luke Cage have waited a long time to see the hero of Harlem’s sophomore season and while there’s still some waiting to do, we now know when we’ll see him return to Netflix. Via Variety, it’s been revealed that season 2 will be available to stream beginning June 22.

According to Variety, season two “will pick up after Luke Cage has cleared his name. He has become a celebrity on the streets of Harlem and gained a reputation. Cage will face a new enemy and be forced to battle the blurred lines between hero and villain.” That villain is expected to be John McIver, played by Mustafa Shakir, who comes to Harlem with vengeance in mind. Gabrielle Dennis is also joining the show as Tilda Johnson, a character who has had a mixed past in the comics but currently works as Nighthawk. Shakir and Dennis will join returning stars Mike Colter, Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, Alfre Woodard and more for another 13-episode run.

Luke Cage Season 2 will be available June 22.
