Today, we are getting a first look at the teaser trailer for Disney’s newest live-action movie, Christopher Robin. We’re going to be getting a peek into the adventures of Christopher Robin, but this time he’s all grown up and not in the Hundred Acre Woods. His beloved group of stuffed animal friends is going to be venturing into our world to bring back the fun-loving Christopher Robin that we all have grown up with.
While have to wait for the teaser to get released, we do have a new teaser poster, and there is a very recognizable character on it. You can check it out below.
Marc Forster is directing the film. Brigham Taylor and Kristin Burr are both producing it, along with Renée Wolfe and Jeremy Johns both executive producing it. A.A. Milne’s iconic characters influenced Alex Ross Perry’s story and the screenplay is by both Perry and Allison Schroeder.
Castwise, Ewan McGregor is portraying Christopher Robin, with Hayley Atwell playing his wife Evelyn, Bronte Carmichael will be playing his daughter Madeline, and Mark Gatiss is his boss Keith Winslow. As for our friends from the Hundred Acre Woods, Jim Cumming is the voice of Winnie The Pooh. Chris O’Dowd is voicing Tigger, while Brad Garrett is voicing Eeyore. Toby Jones is the voice of Owl, Nick Mohammed is the voice of Piglet. Peter Capaldi from Doctor Who is the voice of Rabbit, and rounding out the cast is Sophie Okonedo, who is voicing Kanga. I’m super excited to hear the voice cast in this, and I’m so ready for the film to be released soon.
