Fans lucky enough to have visited Black Spire Outpost at Disneyland in California,—and now Disney World in Orlando—likely grabbed a bite of their Star Wars-themed cuisine. On November 5th, you can create those same delicacies at home with the Galaxy’s Edge Official Black Spire Outpost Cookbook, written by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel and Marc Sumerak.

The book is written from the perspective of Strono “Cookie” Tuggs. He once worked as head chef at Maz Kanata’s castle on Takodana. The whole story on him is still unknown, but he left that gig for a “food freighter” operation that serves other planets, including Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. Rumor is he was instrumental in getting the Coca-Cola thermal detonator bottles reinstated to fly, but it’s just a rumor.

The book contains 176 pages, which means lots of recipes for the Master Jedi Chef at home to try. Of all the preview recipes released so far, I’m really most interested to try Rey’s Portion Bread. Something about a insta-rise green muffin in a pewter bowl makes my stomach rumble. Rings of Hudulla uses a pound of bacon. I love it already!
