With Star Wars Celebration just over a month away the excitement is in the air. From autographs to panels there is never a dull moment on the convention floor. Probably one of the most amazing things that happen at Celebration is getting that first look at a movie or a series surrounded by die-hard fans. Well, there is a rumor now floating around we are going to get that again with the upcoming Andor series that will air on Disney+.
Star Wars: Andor Trailer or Teaser To Release At Celebration
Star Wars fans are still in the dark with details from the upcoming Andor series on Disney+. Well, that will change soon during Star Wars Celebration with the announcement of a live-action that will take place on Thursday, May 26. While very few details were released about this panel, Bespin Bulletin is reporting that the Andor trailer or teaser will be shown at this event.
“I had previously heard a number of weeks ago that a trailer or teaser trailer for Andor is currently being worked on and could be released at the event, but I am unsure if the trailer would be released publicly or just shown to those in the room like what happened in 2019 for The Mandalorian. I always like to be transparent with my readers so I’ll add that I only heard this from a singular source, hence why I did not run it as it’s own story and was hoping to get more confirmation, and my readers know I like to have multiple sources corroborating information before I report, but if I do then I’ll be sure to let you know.”
Like I say with every rumor watch I put up, make sure you take all of this with a grain of salt. None of this has been confirmed by Disney, so until then we will keep it in the rumor watch file. Even Bespin Bulletin was hoping to get more confirmation on this story; I applaud them for being transparent with that.
But the more you think about it, it makes sense. Andor star Adria Ajorna said that she will be at Celebration and with the live-action panel saying that we will get a look at what is coming soon there is a very good chance it will be shown at Celebration. As for myself and I’m sure I speak for a lot of fans that will be at Celebration, I hope we all get to see it together there just like we did with The Mandalorian.
