Are you looking for new releases in Film or Television to watch this weekend of June 3rd!? Well, THS has you covered in our weekly series! So, make sure to come back each week as we compile all of our recommendations for you to check out on your days off.

However, I make our list a little more personal. Kind of like when you walk into a book store and see the wall of employee recommendations. So, I’ll be breaking down this list as to what we at THS are watching, not necessarily every single thing releasing.

SARAH’S WATCHING

The new Hollywood Stargirl movie is coming out on Disney+ so I will definitely be checking that out. The new season of The Boys is coming to Prime Video and I have to see Jensen Ackles in action! I’m also going to the theaters in support of Pride to see Fire Island!

SHAWN’S WATCHING

On top of Hulu’s Fire Island the LGBTQ+ R-Rated Comedy of the Summer, I’m looking forward to checking out two very different indie horrors in theaters this week. ‘It Follows‘ Maika Monroe in “Watcher” and David Cronenberg (“A History of Violence”, “Eastern Promises”) is back with a new crazy kind of body horror in “Crimes of the Future”! Can’t wait for both!

TOM’S WATCHING

Of course, I’m going to watch the new episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds on Paramount+. I’m always watching Young Justice on HBOMax because it’s a perfect show. I’m also watching the entire How To Train Your Dragon series on Peacock!

BRIAN’S WATCHING

I’m finally going to watch Chip n Dale: Rescue Rangers on Disney+! I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet.

BENJY’S WATCHING

I will be watching a mix of The Expanse on Prime Video, as well as The Slime Diaries anime on Crunchyroll. I like a little variety.

KAT’S WATCHING

I’m finally going to watch the recent season of Cobra Kai on Netflix

JESSICA’S WATCHING

I will be finishing Season 4 of Stranger Things on Netflix! These extra-long episodes are slowing me down a bit, though I’m still enjoying it.

GREG’S WATCHING

I feel like the only answer is Stranger Things!

JJ’S WATCHING

100% will be finishing Stranger Things season 4 on Netflix

DARRYL’S WATCHING

I’m going to finish up the final season of Stranger Things on Netflix for sure! As well as,  Riverdale on The CW, and maybe some more Eden which is also on Netflix.

LAURA’S WATCHING

I will be finishing season 4 of Stranger Things! With how long these episodes are it’s taking me a while, but it’s absolutely worth it.
