#9 TERMINATOR
Okay rule #1 is leave time travel out! That just creates a mess. Beyond that this idea of being hunted by a killing machine could be done in many forms. The target could be hunted by a Sith, droid or bounty hunter. What would be needed though would be to put the almost horror type feel that we get from Terminator, where the hunter is relentless and near unstoppable.
