The Skywalkers: Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader.

For as maligned as the prequels may be, they did get something annoyingly right: Anakin Skywalker’s personality. Despite Qui-Gon’s, and later Obi-Wan’s faith in the boy, there was no denying the fact that the Dark Side dwelled within him. Impatience, anger, rage, resentment and delusions of grandeur all plagued the boy from Tatooine.

He became a mass murderer long before Palpatine was able to truly manipulate Anakin; the Emperor didn’t create the evil within Anakin, he simply coaxed it out of him. Perhaps, despite Padme’s enabling, Anakin’s transformation into Darth Vader was inevitable.
