Earlier today at New York Comic Con, Amazon Studios debuted the trailer for it’s highly anticipated series Good Omens. The series which is created by Neil Gaiman introduced the trailer during their panel and was moderated by Whoopi Goldberg. Along with director Douglas Mackinnon, and stars David Tennant, Michael Sheen, Jon Hamm and Miranda Richardson they all shared their experiences of bringing the much-loved novel to the screen. 

Published over 30 years ago by literary legends Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, Good Omens tells the story of an angel named Aziraphale (Micheal Sheen) and a demon named Crowley (David Tennant), who join forces to stop an oncoming apocalypse.

The end is nigh. #GoodOmens: Coming to Prime Video in 2019. Based on the best-selling novel by renowned authors Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, this series follows the story of Aziraphale, an angel, and Crowley, a demon, who have formed an unlikely friendship spanning 6,000 years and have grown fond of life on earth. However, the end of time grows near with the approaching Armageddon and they must now join forces to find a way to save the world.”


Jon Hamm will be playing at the archangel Gabriel and Frances Mcdormand takes on the role of God.
