Supernatural has been on the air for a long time, like, a really long time. It’s currently in Season 14 which puts it in the top 10 longest running live-action primetime series (there are a number of shows that are tied though). Coming up on February 7th, 2019 will be the show’s 300th episode and if past milestone episodes prove anything, it’s bound to be a fun ride and to help with that, will be none other than Papa Winchester himself, Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

There’s not many details available about the episode just yet, except that it’s titled ‘Lebanon’ and will be directed by Robert Singer.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan as JOhn Winchester

John Winchester was last seen in the Season 2 Finale ‘All Hell Breaks Loose’ when he helps the boys defeat the Yellow-Eyed Demon. Of course, they haven’t revealed how he’s going to be making his comeback, but it’s not like Supernatural hasn’t seen characters return from the dead before (or show up as alternate versions of themselves, here’s looking at you, Bobby and Charlie).

Andrew Dabb, the Co-Showrunner, said:

“We’re incredibly excited to have Jeffrey back for this milestone episode, and think fans will love what we have planned for his character… and a few other surprise guest stars.”

So who knows who else we might be seeing come back? Personally, I’d love to see Mark Shepphard again.
