Last year’s Power Morphicon ended up being a great time. We learned a ton of Power Rangers news, including information about the Beyond The Grid comic storyline. Fans got to hear first-hand the Beast Morphers cast announcment, too. And let’s not forget the PMC Express announcement, The Lord Drakon Funko Pop, and The White Ranger Figure from Hasbro. Now we have the dates and location for PMC 2020.
Power Morphicon Location
Up first is the location. Last year, the Anaheim Convention Center hosted PMC.
The location was amazing, and offered plenty of space for the convention. For next year’s event, the convention moves to the Pasadena Convention Center.
Prior to PMC moving to Anaheim, the Convention Center in Pasadena hosted the event since 2010. Consequently, PMC 2020 will be a sort of homecoming.
Event Dates
For 2020 the event will take place a little later then normal. Last year, the even took place on the 16th-18th of August. Conversely, next year’s event will occur on Labor day weekend, September 4th-6th.
Now, we still don’t know a ton of information about the event. We do, however, expect an announcement regarding tickets details soon. Likewise, we’ll likely start getting guest announcements later this year. But, for now you can check out the official press release below.

POWER MORPHICON CONVENTION ANNOUNCES 2020 DATES AND LOCATION!
Los Angeles, CA: Power Morphicon Convention, the world’s biggest Power Rangers Fan Convention announces its 2020 date and location. The convention is moving back to the Pasadena Convention Center, in Pasadena, California. Fan of the convention remember this location as the convention’s staple location since its second show in 2010, and will be excited to see that PMC is taking over Pasadena once again!
Power Morphicon Convention will take place on Labor Day Weekend: September 4-6th, 2020.
The convention brings together the world’s largest group of celebrity guests tied to Power Rangers with numbers hitting over 200 individuals involved in the franchise. Power Morphicon Convention touts hundreds of vendors and artists selling Power Rangers toys, art, books, and apparel. [The 2020 convention] will feature a full programming schedule, Photo Ops, contests and events, convention exclusive merchandise and more!
Tickets for Power Morphicon Convention will go on sale in August, 2019. Prices and show hours will be posted on the Official Power Morphicon website and social media.

The Power Morphicon Convention is celebrating its SEVENTH show. The show is run and promoted by Scott Zillner who annually puts on nearly a dozen shows in the Los Angeles and Sacramento areas including Power Morphicon Express, Pasadena Comic-Con, Sac Toy Con, Robo Toy Fest, Japan World Heroes, and the recently announced Toon-Con. PMC has been held every other year since 2007, and Scott Zillner has been in control of the show since its second run in 2010.
