Maverick is back, and this time with a brand new batch of hungry pilots. New ‘Top Gun: Maverick” images reveal new pilots on set and ready for action. Tom Cruise returns as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell, a roll he has not played since 1986 when he played the young, hot-shot, cocky pilot. Now he’s back 34 years later as the pilot instructor ready to pass on the torch.
Many big names in Hollywood are set to make an appearance in the film. Superstars such as Jennifer Connelly, Ed Harris and the returning Val Kilmer are all set to play pivotal parts in the film. The recent images from Paramount Studios reveal the new pilots and who is going to take on the tradition.
Miles Teller joins the cast as as “Rooster”, the son of the departed Goose. Along side him this young group of pilots include Danny Ramirez as “Fanboy”, Glen Powell as “Hangman”, Jay Ellis as “Payback”, Monica Barbaro as “Phoenix” and Lewis Pullman as “BOB”.

New Images for Top Gun: Maverick
These new New ‘Top Gun: Maverick” images make us beg for more. This new cast, along with the some of the original, will hit theaters on June 26, 2020. The film is brought to you by Paramount Studios and Skydance Media. Joseph Kosinski directs with Tom Cruise and Jerry Bruckheimer producing. “Maverick” has some big shoes to fill, and they might just pull it off. Tom Cruise, after all, teased that this movie will be a love letter to Aviation.
Get ready, Top Gun fans! We’re in for one hell of a next ride to the danger zone this summer.
