Syfy just found its leads for The Surrealtor.

The series follows an elite team of realtors who specialize in selling haunted houses. They research, investigate, and even “fix” the things that go bump in the night.

Syfy announced the series back in February. However, now we know who will make up the core cast of supernatural realtors. Two Schitt’s Creek alums, Sarah Levy and Tim Rozon, join the cast. The show also stars Adam Korson, Maurice Dean Wint, Savannah Basley, and Tennille Read. Together, they make up The Roman Agency.

Check out the character details below.

Who’s in The Roman Agency?

Tim Rozon as Nick Roman: The owner of The Roman Agency. He gained a reputation as someone who could sell the haunted houses that nobody else could.

Sarah Levy as Susan Ireland: An enormously successful realtor – and a realist who doesn’t believe in ghosts or hauntings.

Adam Korson as Father Phil Orley: A research specialist who combines his keen research abilities with his understanding of spiritual matters.

Maurice Dean Wint as August Ripley: A technology specialist who creates devices that can detect, evaluate, and sometimes dispatch a home’s ethereal occupants.

Savannah Basley as Zooey L’Enfant: The office manager at The Roman Agency.

Tennille Read as Megan Donovan: A medical student who just inherited a house from her grandfather. But as serious doubts creep in about her current relationship, and the stress of medical school increases, she is looking to sell the property.
