WWE Champion Drew McIntyre Tests Postive For COVID-19

The WWE champion has tested positive for COVID-19 according to WWE.com. The only news on the matter from the WWE is that he tested positive and has been placed in quarantine. He was set to have a match at the Royal Rumble event with Goldberg, but now that match is in question. This is the first time that WWE has publicly acknowledged a positive COVID-19 test for one of their superstars.

Following this, it remains to be seen whether this affects anyone else who shared the ring with McIntyre. That includes Goldberg and Keith Lee this past Monday on RAW.

So, we’ll have to see and keep you updated on what this means for the Royal Rumble match for McIntyre.

We wish Drew a speedy recovery from the virus.
