Dune: Part Two is the heavily anticipated follow-up to Dune. Denis Villeneuve returns to direct a script that he and Jon Spaights wrote. The story is the second half of the first Dune novel by Frank Herbert. Those returning from the first film include  Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar winner Javier Bardem, Oscar nominee Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Oscar nominee Charlotte Rampling, and Stephen McKinley Henderson.

Some of the new cast members include Austin Butler as the notorious Feyd Rautha and screen legend Christopher Walken as the Emperor.  Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan, Léa Seydoux, and Souheila Yacoub round out the rest of the new cast.

This follow-up film will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee. 

Dune: Part Two is being filmed on location in Budapest, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, and Italy. It’s slated for a November 17, 2023 release from Warner Bros.
