It appears that Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is celebrating its 3rd anniversary a bit late this year. Fortunately, it comes with a free update for all owners of the game, including a collaboration with The Idolmaster. You can check out the update trailer below:

Bandai Namco Entertainment is proud to reveal the 3rd Anniversary Update for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown with the video above on YouTube. Said video shows off the range of content available for owners of the game for free. This includes new skins inspired by Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere and Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War.

There is also not only a new callsign to use but a bunch of new emblems as well. Some of these new emblems are actually from a collaboration Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is doing with The Idolmaster, of all things. Specifically, this collaboration is with the latest game in the series: The Idolmaster Starlit Season, with a total of 13 new emblems for each of the heroines of the game.
