Executive Producer Jon Favreau expressed his excitement for the series:

“We’re having a great time working with this incredibly talented group and excited for everyone to see what we’re up to.”

Sure, Favreau may be excited for us to see what they’re up to. Notwithstanding, he hasn’t been very forthcoming with details about The Mandalorian. Aside from a couple of set photos here and there, we don’t know much about the series other than its official synopsis and now its cast. Notwithstanding, we here at That Hashtag Show were able to give you some exclusive news, namely that Gamorreans would appear in the live-action series.

The Mandalorian Leads Disney+ Streaming Service

The Mandalorian will be exclusive to Dinsey’s new streaming service, Disney+, which will launch here in the United States in late 2019. This series, together with an announced Cassian Andor/Rogue One spinoff and the return of The Clone Wars, will make the new service a must-have for Star Wars fans next year.
