MGM+ has officially unveiled the trailer for its upcoming mystery thriller series Vanished. Watching it, it promises a gripping, globe-trotting story filled with secrets, suspense, and emotional twists. Starring Kaley Cuoco and Sam Claflin, Vanished is set to premiere Sunday, February 1 at 9:00 PM ET/PT on MGM+.

A Paris Trip Turns Into a Nightmare

Vanished follows Alice (Cuoco), whose romantic getaway to Paris takes a chilling turn when her boyfriend Tom (Claflin) mysteriously disappears while traveling on a train to the south of France. What initially appears to be a tragic and baffling disappearance quickly spirals into something far more dangerous. As Alice searches for answers, she uncovers shocking truths about the man she thought she knew. Now, finding herself entangled in a web of intrigue, deception, and escalating danger.

The newly released trailer teases a stylish, high-stakes thriller that blends emotional intensity with international espionage vibes, setting Vanished apart as one of MGM+’s most ambitious new original series.

Cast and Creative Team

In addition to Cuoco and Claflin, Vanished features a strong international ensemble cast including Karin Viard (Polisse, The Bélier Family), Matthias Schweighöfer (Oppenheimer, Army of the Dead), Simon Abkarian (Casino Royale), and Dar Zuzovsky (The Survivor). The diverse cast underscores the series’ global scope and layered storytelling.

The series was created by David Hilton and Preston Thompson, with Thompson also serving as the writer. Barnaby Thompson directs the series and executive produces alongside James Clayton, David Kosse, Kaley Cuoco, and AGC executives Stuart Ford, Lourdes Diaz, and Miguel A. Palos Jr.

Vanished will premiere on February 1 in the United States, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Latin America, releasing weekly on MGM+. International audiences won’t have to wait long either. All four episodes will debut on February 27 on Prime Video in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
