“Storm Rider: Legend of Hammerhead” is in theaters March 13 offering sci-fi fans a very unique setting that we haven’t really seen since the days of “Waterworld”. This feature film from Blue Harbor Entertainment is written and directed by Domagoj Mazuran and Zoran Lisinac. It takes place is a sort of Dystopian future, 300 years after a “Big Flood” wiped out the world as we know it. With everything being in ran by a small group, a legendary outlawed “Storm Rider” is inspiring two rebellious islanders to find out the truth about their origin of their world.
TALKING SCI-FI WITH CAROLINE GOODALL
With the release of “Storm Rider: Legend of Hammerhead”, I spoke with actress Caroline Goodall. We talked about her character “The Baroness”. Goodall appreciated her story arch as well as the kind-of futuristic steampunk look she had. She talked about the impressive scale of the film given that its an independent film, and reminded us that at one point, even “Star Wars” was an indie film. It was a great conversation that you can check out below!

ABOUT “STORM RIDER: LEGEND OF HAMMERHEAD”
Three centuries after the Great Flood, the world has fractured into scattered islands, forever threatened by a colossal, unending Storm. The Islanders’ only hope for safety lies in the fortified city – state of Argos – a sanctuary reachable only through perilous trials known as Storm Riding. Yet, among them, a defiant faction believes true salvation lies not within Argos, but beyond the Storm itself.
