Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe is all set to become the latest addition to the Gundam anime films. In fact, it’s the second entry in the Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway anime film series based off of the 1989-1990 novels Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash by Yoshiyuki Tomino. With said novel and the anime films all showing a dark, gritty look at the Gundam universe, just like in the first anime series. And now, we now exactly when this latest anime film will make its theatrical debut.

SUNRISE is proud to announce the official U.S. theatrical debut date for Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe. That date is on May 15, 2026; but alas, tickets are not yet on sale for this anime film. However, as part of this announcement, SUNRISE has a couple of things for us. They’ve not only got an official English dub teaser trailer, but also official collaboration art between Gundam and Guns N’ Roses to commemorate their contribution to the ending theme song. You can check out that teaser either on YouTube, or just look below for that and the art:

I’m getting some rather appropriate military thriller vibes from the English dub.

Somehow, hard rock and Gundam go very well together.

Now that we have a hard date to look forward to, we can bet that Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe is going to get quite a bit of hype. And with that premiere date being a little over a month away, we won’t have that long to wait. Really, the only thing we have to wait on is when we’re going to get to buy tickets for this anime film. Hopefully, it won’t be long.
