“The AI Doc: Or How I Became an Apocaloptimist” is a new documentary from Focus Features. With us living in a world that uses artificial intelligence more and more, its important to step back and take a closer look at the ever evolving technology. In this documentary, they take a look at the positives and negatives of the tech and what is at stake if we get it wrong. The film will have a theatrical release starting on March 27.

A CHAT WITH DIRECTOR CHARLIE TYRELL

With the release of “The AI Doc” I spoke with Charlie Tyrell. He is directing the documentary along with Daniel Roher. In our chat we talk about how they were able to get the documentary to have a theatrical release. Tyrell also shares with us the process of putting together a film with such a complicated topic.
