Netflix just dropped their anime slate. There’s so much of this delightful animation coming in April. Fan favorites like Blue Lock Season 1 and one of the biggest shows on the planet in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 are here. Netflix’s own shows like Steel Ball Run Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Dandelion, and Baki Dou: the Invincible Samurai are also coming in 2026. 

 Let’s get into some previews of what’s coming this spring on Netflix. Here’s a list of all the titles with the release dates we have so far.

Dandelion

This one is a big surprise. Hideaki Sorachi is back after Gintama’s delightful run with a new show on April 16. Dandelion got a brand-new trailer and some key art too!

 Angels are looking for restless spirits to guide towards the afterlife. Dandelion is an emotional tale that sees the lighter side and the sadder side of making peace with the life you’ve lived. Check out the trailer right here!

Steel Ball Run JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure 2nd Stage

 Anime fans have been waiting for this for a while. Netflix recently released the trailer for Steel Ball Run A clatter of applause all over social media.

Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli are looking to make it across a massive desert. The Devil’s Palm awaits as ominous incidents begin to unfold, the race is revealed to be more than just a competition.

Baki-Dou: The Invincible Samurai Part 2

Regular Netflix viewers have locked in for the adaptation of Keisuke Itagaki’s manga series. Now Baki heads into another round of amazing underground fights.

Legendary swordsman Musashi Miyamoto looms as a tough threat in the latest tournament. Part 2 ratchets the action up even more, if that’s possible.

Sparks of Tomorrow – New Anime

 Kyoto Animation’s Sparks of Tomorrow begins in July 5th. But, Netflix gave fans their first taste of the new series with a key visual and trailer. It’s the early 20th century and someone’s gotta get electricity into everybody’s hands.

 sidebar, Indy Darling and rock star Ginger Root provides the ending theme to Sparks It Tomorrow. He’s been talking about it on social media, and this show looks like a sneaky contender for the best of this crop.

Blue Box Season 2

Rounding things out is Blue Box Season2’s new trailer. The series sees people chasing their dreams and falling in love. Starting in October, Season 2 is coming exclusively on Netflix!

Chinatsu encounters a new character who rocks Things to their core. Taiki and Chinatsu are still growing closer, but we’ve got a ways to go.
