Frequent readers here will recall that we reported that MIMARU has recently done some wonderful renovation and expansion of their Pokémon Room hotel chain. As you might guess from the name, this hotel chain offers some adorably luxurious Pokémon-themed hotels in the franchise’s home nation of Japan for all of us Pokémon fans out there. However, for international visitors to these hotels, there’s a big problem: clothing. Carrying out luggages full of clothing to wear and then carrying them back to the airport as laundry is a major pain. Fortunately, MIMARU has a solution.

MIMARU is proud to announce a partnership with Any Wear, Anywhere for a rental clothing service their Pokémon Room hotels. This service will allow travellers to avoid the hassle of bringing loads of luggage full of clothing. All while also avoiding the accompanying hassle of having their bags checked, of course. As for when you can get this service? Well, you can actually rent out this clothing service right now as a trial period all the way through March 2026, with reservations open through November 2026. In fact, you can make those reservations right now directly from the hotel’s official website.

Mayhaps this was secretly a sample of that clothing?

Honestly, a rental clothing service could be perfect for anyone looking to stay at the Pokémon Room hotels. Well, except for domestic visitors inside Japan, who would likely be bringing their own clothing from relatively nearby. Visitors who would benefit would be Japanese visitors from further away, or international visitors arriving by plane. Regardless of whichever category you fall into though, this rental clothing service could save you quite a bit of luggage hassle. For a fee, of course.

What do you all think? Are you interested in taking advantage of this rental clothing service if you plan to stay at the Pokémon Room hotels? Tell us your Pokémon-flavored thoughts in the comment section below.
