That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea looks like it’s all ready for its NA theatrical debut on May 1, 2026. You can tell because Crunchyroll is going all in on the marketing for this latest and second anime film in the anime series. An anime series that has also thus far received four seasons with a total of 73 episodes, not counting OADs and a 12-episode spinoff series. All in all, it looks like creator Fuse has created quite the story here that led to this successful anime by studio Eight Bit. And now, that aforementioned second anime film is about to get a bit more to add to it.
Crunchyroll is proud to announce That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea will be getting an English dub. All for its upcoming theatrical debut, of course. Not only do we have an English dub trailer, but Crunchyroll is also revealing the full English voice cast. You can check out that trailer on YouTube, or just look below for it and the voice cast:

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea Soon Getting English Dub for Theatrical Debut on May 1

With less than a month to go before That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea makes its debut in theaters as of this writing, it makes all too much sense for Crunchyroll to amp up the hype for it. An English dub is a nice start, allowing people who can’t split their focus on both the subtitles and the anime itself at the same time to properly watch the show.
