Witch Hat Atelier is one of the most highly anticipated anime series in 2026. It’s not hard to see why either. It’s the long-awaited anime adaptation of the manga of the same name by Kamome Shirahama, which got praise from critics and audiences alike on top of winning numerous awards, including the prestigious Harvey Award in the Best Manga category and the even more prestigious Eisner Award for Best U.S. Edition of International Material—Asia. It perfectly explains why Crunchyroll would be so interested in hyping up this anime’s impending debut. And that also explains why we’re getting this story for today.
Crunchyroll is proud to hype up Witch Hat Atelier with a brand new trailer, key visual, additional Japanese voice cast reveal, and more. Among the “more” here is confirmation of the anime’s debut date. Apparently, we will see the magic happen on April 6, 2026 exclusively on Crunchyroll.
Not only that, but we even now know what the opening and ending themes will be. Apparently, the opening theme song for Witch Hat Atelier will be “Kaze no Ansemu feat. suis from Yorushika” by Eve (TOY’S FACTORY), with “Tada Utsukushii Noroi” by Nakamura Hak as the ending theme song. In fact, you can have a listen for yourself by watching that trailer. You can watch it either on YouTube, or just look below for that and more:
