Arian Moeyad has been in the MCU for a bit now, but he’s recently got more eyeballs on his role in the show Wonder Man. He recently sat down with our friend Brandon Davis on his show, The Brandon Davis Show. They talked a lot about the MCU as a whole, but one thing that was brought up during their conversation was some talk about Daredevil: Born Again season two and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

“At the premiere, when [Matt Murdock] entered, I’ve never so anything so… it was just so fun,” Moayed said. BD had an interesting question about Moeyad’s character Agent Cleary. He asked if he knows that Matt Murdock is Daredevil.
“Yes, I do actually,” Moeyad said with a laugh. “One of those first lines [in Wonder Man] is like, do you notice a subtle glow?’” It’s a callout that Agent Cleary was catching onto Simon’s ionic powers which weren’t fully shown until the show’s final moments and such knowledge seems to imply he would have a gut instinct about Matt Murdock’s identity being that of Daredevil!
There are some mild Wonder Man spoilers ahead, so if you haven’t watched the show, don’t look forward.

He confirmed this sort of intuition that Cleary has when talking about the ending of Wonder Man.
Moeyad went on, “Trevor’s like, ‘I do not notice him glowing or something like that. At the end of the thing, when we see it all come together, it is a f**king subtle glow that just comes off his hands!”
For additional context in regards to Cleary’s intuition and knowledge, Moeyad added context to the scene in Wonder Man’s final episode where Cleary arrests Trevor Slattery who emerged as The Mandarin character that he portrayed in Iron Man 3. “He knows. He’s like, ‘I know you’re taking the fall and this is some bullshit! I can feel this a million miles away.’ He knew it the whole time!”
As for Cleary, we might see him in the upcoming MCU projects Spider-Man: Brand New Day or Daredevil: Born Again season two, he’s got some work to do for now, with the fallout from Wonder Man.
