Lionsgate has released a trailer for the new action-thriller, “The Furious”. The film follows a man that must take matters into his own hands as criminals kidnap his daughter. Below is a look at the action-packed red band trailer.

“The Furious” will be in releasing in theaters nationwide on May 29, 2026.

ABOUT “THE FURIOUS”

After the daughter of Wang Wei is kidnapped by a criminal network and he receives no help from the corrupt police, Wei sets out on a rampage to find her himself. His only ally is Navin – a relentless journalist whose wife has mysteriously disappeared. Fueled by a furious vengeance, the unlikely duo ruthlessly fights against the kidnappers in this explosive martial arts showdown.

“The Furious” is directed by Kenji Tanigaki. It stars Xie Miao, Joe Taslim, Yang Enyou, Brian Le, Brian Le, and Joey Iwanaga. It was written by Mak Tin Shu, Lei Zhilong, Shum Kwan Sin, and Frank Hui, based on the characters created by David Morrell.
