It appears that Respawn Entertainment is working on the sequel to the critically acclaimed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. At least, according to some of their recent actions. Specifically, their Tweets.

Pretty suggestive evidence right there.

Blair Brown here is a senior producer at Respawn Entertainment. Respawn is the company behind the Titanfall games, Apex Legends, and, most importantly here, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. In fact, Fallen Order is the only Star Wars game Respawn has ever worked on. This means that it’s almost certain that what Brown here means by “Star Wars” is the sequel to one of the best Star Wars games in a long, long time.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2?

Just add a 2 to this, and you’ve got a good poster for the sequel.

Sure, I may be wrong. Respawn Entertainment could be working on another Star Wars game entirely. But you have to admit. It’s pretty damning evidence for the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order being in the works. The words about them being a “small production team” might mean that the actual game might take a while. But the fact that they’re looking for an “experienced producer” in the first place already means that it’ll be a while before we see an actual game.

Basically: “Looking for producers to start work on the game”

As such, we have zero details on what this Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 would look like. You know, other than that it’s probably like the first game. This, however, like everything else, is purely speculation at this early point. Take them with as much salt as you like.

The Star Wars fanbase after 1999: It's salt.
A planet full of salt, if you want.

Conclusion

Respawn Entertainment is looking for an experienced producer to work on an unnamed Star Wars game they’re developing. It’s almost certainly the sequel to the critically acclaimed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. And that’s it. Hopefully, Respawn gives us more news at a later date.
