BTS is perhaps one of the most popular South Korean boy bands in K-pop history. So much so that they regularly reach millions of sales for their albums. Alas, that popularity doesn’t exclude them from South Korea’s draft, which requires all male South Korean citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 to perform 18 months of compulsory military duty. All of which meant that the boy band had to suspend their boy banding for until they complete that service. Fortunately, all members of the band completed that service by June 2025. It’s why they’ve been able to begin to restart their band activities, starting with their upcoming new album Arirang: thier first new album in nearly four years. In fact, that album is why we’re getting this story for today.

Netflix is proud to announce that BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG will soon stream live exclusively on the streaming platform. How soon, you might ask?
