CinemaCon takes a trip to the old “Mountain of Entertainment” and THS is reporting live from Paramount’ big presentation this week. The last few days have had a ton of updates. So, make sure you’re keeping up with us here.

Pull up a chair friends, we have a comprehensive rundown of everything that made the big stage during this massive event. Now, you’ll know exactly what’s coming to theaters in 2026 and beyond! Check out our recap of the Paramount Pictures Presentation right here down below!

Paramount Pictures Sizzle Reel

With such a long, storied history, its no shock that Paramount decided to kick things off with a sizzle reel. We’re going through all the classics. Travis Scott is in there too? They wanted to make sure to get the crowd nice and bubbling with all that history on display.

But, now things shift to the future of their business. Tons of celebrities make appearances. And, at the end Tom Cruise is sitting on the Paramount Water Tower. LA hovers in the background and we hear “Love live the movies.”

Paramount CEO David Ellison

Ellison steps to the center of the stage. He reveals that Jon Chu directed that reel. The CEO reiterates their guarantee of 30 combined films a year between Warner Bros. and Paramount. He’s also saying that each film will have a 45 day window in theaters, at minimum.

Paramount says the plan is betting on original films. This would include the first Call of Duty movie. Peter Berg and Taylor Sheridan are on deck for that project. We’ve also got a new Top Gun coming. In addition, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Sonic will be focuses going forward.

The CEO says their genre slate is ambitious. There’s a new Longlegs project that has been rumored over the last week too. Teyana Taylor is directing a movie about dancing for The company as well.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4 + TMNT

Get ready to “Live and Learn” again with the Blur Blur. THS is catching a reel for the new Sonic movie. Jim Carey’s Dr. Eggman saves the world in the new clip from the film. Amy Rose is the big tease for the next entry with SEGA’s flagship character.

Shredder and Krang are in place for the highly-anticipated follow-up to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Fans of the first movie are going to love to hear that. The animation is going to be something to behold.

Quiet Place 3 and Call of Duty

Now time for a real surprise. Apparently, a Quiet Place 3 is already in production. They’ve got it slated for release on July 30th 2027. That’s really soon honestly. This thing must have been brewing since the moment the last film came out.

On the Call of Duty side of things, We’ve got the staff talking about producing this film. They reiterated that things need to “feel real and authentic.” COD hits the big screen on June 30 2028.

Billie Eilish Tour Film

James Cameron and Billie Eilish stroll onto stage. This gets a massive rise out of the crowd. The Hit Me Hard and Soft: Tour Live in 3D is coming. They’ve handed out 3D glasses to see the clips.

The filmmaker teases that they’ve created new 3D cameras for this picture. In fact, it’s coming in Dolby 3D. The trailer for Billie Eilish’s movie is a stunner. Fans and everyone are going to love seeing this on the big screen.

Scary Movie

Scary Movie’s revival has been talked about a lot on social media. The cast is out here Shawn and Marlon Wayans are here with Anna Farris. They say that no one is truly safe this time around.

There’s mentions of Diddy and his trafficking allegations. Baby oil jokes. There’s a cleaning lady employed by the former Hip Hop star. There’s a lot of jokes rapid fire. Vampires from Sinners singing “Moving on Up” from The Jeffersons? Like we said, a lot to unpack.

New Jackass film

Jackass: Best and Last is coming and we’re getting a trailer. If that title didn’t hint at it, the boys are out here on their last adventure, it seems. The last one felt emotional in parts, and expect that to run through this as well.

Also, the boys have a robot with them this time? So, there’s probably no way that thing is making it through that entire movie unscathed. Right?

Paramount Family Movies

Family entertainment has to get some shine too. We’ve got a new Paw Patrol movie on the way. This time, it’s Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie. There’s also an update on The Angry Birds 3.

No strangers to Las Vegas, the Backstreet Boys have some new music coming with these family features as well. That’s a fun surprise. Now, the lights dim for a main-event level moment.

Street Fighter

Paramount's street fighter.

Legendary ring announcer Bruce Buffer is out to deliver some epic introductions.  First up is your tribal chief, that’s right Roman Reigns! Both he and Cody Rhodes are in Las Vegas for Wrestlemania week so it all makes sense.

Speaking of the WWE champion, Rhodes is on hand in full guile cosplay to the delight of the crowd. Zangief actor Olivier Richters brings out a tiny older model TV to show off the trailer.

The clips from this film feel like a fan’s dream. 50 Cent is also on hand, he plays Balrog in the new movie. Phil Simms is here too, a random cameo from the former NFL star and commentator.

Mr. Irrelevant

David Corenswet plays John Tuggle in a new football movie from Paramount. He’s just trading one iconic shield for another in some ways. Michael Shannon plays Bill Parcels in the feature too.

This Christmas, the Superman star plays former NFL running back John Tuggle. He was the last man drafted in the 1983 NFL Draft. Despite becoming a fan-favorite, Tuggle tragically died after a cancer diagnosis in 1986.

Heart of the Beast & Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol

David Ayer directs a movie starring Brad Pitt. This should be very interesting. A retired army special forces member and his dog. Pitch sounds good!

Ti West is on hand with a KPOP Superstar movie. The K-Wave continues apace! There’s also A Christmas Carol coming out. Johnny Depp is Scrooge in the film, and he’s also on-hand. First looks at the film seem positive, need to know more.

Children of Blood & Bone

A BIG ONE on deck here with director Gina Prince-Bythewood. Chiwetel Ejiofor, Regina King, Amandla Stenberg, Damson Idris, and Thuso Mbedu are all here. It’s an all-star team.

In addition, the movie hits on January 15, 2027. Everyone reveals why they wanted to sign on for Children of Blood & Bone. And, with that bombshell reveal of a short clip, we’re done!
